1. Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

3. No-Show: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
